As head of the company, Dr. Van Steenkiste has more than 20 years of appraisal experience and reviews and signs all work going out under the company name. Dr. Van Steenkiste has a doctorate in economic geography and is a state certified general real estate appraiser in California and Nevada. He also performs many of the company's appraisals and analyses personally.
